HOW IS THE PI® ADMINISTERED?
The PI® is based on a simple questionnaire that can generally be completed in about10 minutes on-line or in paper format. If completed on-line, the PI® results are immediately sent to the client. If completed in paper, results are quickly tabulated on site. In general, it is administered in a relatively quiet, comfortable setting. If administered to groups, it should be monitored to assure that each individual completes his or her own form without influence from other people.
HOW IS THE PI® IMPLEMENTED IN A COMPANY?
C-Suite, Front-Line Managers, Organizational Development and Human Resource Professionals are taught how to analyze PI® results in a 2-day PI Management Workshop™ conducted by experienced PI® Consultants. The learnings from the Workshop are then augmented by Augur’s team of PI® and Customer Service experts, who provide ongoing consultation and support for the trained analysts within each client company.
