The Job Criteria Process is a comprehensive study of position/level-specific job criteria which includes the following Segments:

A Job Description. AUGUR INC. assists Client Company in development of full job description.

A Job Pattern Range Form assesses the range in behavioral terms for success in specific roles by reviewing the PI® results of successful performers performing to a high level of excellence in the role being assessed.

Competencies. Identify the critical behavioral skills needed to succeed in a job.

Interview Questions.

Develop Interview Questions for each job and based on identified questions, prepare good/poor responses to those questions

Gap Analysis. An in-depth analysis of the behavioral demands of a specific job, and comparison of an individual’s natural behaviors relative to that job.
